Delivery and payment

Welcome to our shop for wool and felting accessories. We ship worldwide.
The prices do not include VAT. To all EU countries shipments will be added 20% VAT, before the order is finalized.

You can pay by:
- Bank card, you will be charged in euro. (2,5% fee)
- PayPal (5.5% fee + 0.5 eur) 
- Western Union, MoneyGram, only for orders exceeding 50 euro.
Please choose “Pay later” at payment options.
We will contact you and send you the details.
 
When finalize your order, please choose one of the above options.
 
In case your order is submitted successfully, no matter what kind of payment you choose, you will receive detailed «Order information» at your e-mail. If you do not receive this «Order information», please contact us, or repeat the order.
 
Orders less than 2kg (4lbs) can be sent with "Economy" post service, without tracking number.
In this case, please choose shipment “Without Tracking Number” at shipment options, when placing your order.
 
For Russia and Ukraine we recommend to order with tracking number, as well as for other countries,
If you are not satisfied with the work of your local post office.

Orders above 2kg (4lbs) can be sent only with priority post service and Tracking Number.
When your parcel is sent, you will receive the Trucking Number at your e-mail.
 
All orders are sent by post  (or courier for some EU contries). Average delivery time for EU 5-7 days. For other countries 7-10 days. Overseas 3-4 weeks.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated due to the shipping country.

To make better use of postal charge , you can adjust the weight of the parcel, based on the following table:
1 kg - 900gr goods and 100gr packing
2kg - 1.900gr goods and 100gr packing
3kg - 2.750gr goods and 250gr packing
4kg - 3.700gr goods and 300gr packing
5kg - 4.700gr goods and 300gr packing

Parcels are dispatched within 24-36h after the payment is received, except weekends and national holidays.

We do not bear responsibility for the work of postal or couriers services, as well as your country customs.
